Digital Display Group (DDG) integrated its CastNET digital signage solution into multiple remote properties for Oneida Casino, located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. CastNET was used to bring the property efficiency in employee communication, as well as increase revenue through communication with its guests.
The CastNET digital signage solution was integrated into Oneida's main casino, which boasts over 2500 reel slots and video games, as well as its travel center, activity center, Mason Street Casino, and three additional convenience locations.
In addition to using digital signage to effectively communication with Oneida employees located in different places, the casino wanted to use digital signage as a means to increase revenue by enhancing the feeling of winning on its game floors. In doing this, DDG integrated its CastNET Winners Module and Jackpot Junction by its partner, Gaming Support. These components integrate data into the CastNET digital signage software to show progressive slots and rolling numbers throughout the casino. The result allows for much greater visibility and promotion of games, and lets everyone know when someone hits a jackpot, therefore increasing the feeling of winning to enhance customer play and retention.
