Alpha Video’s Digital Display Group Announces Addition of New Director of Operations

Minneapolis, MN, January 24, 2007 ­­Alpha Video, a leading digital video systems dealer, announces the addition of Mike Cannon as Director of Operations for its Digital Display Group division.

An Alpha Video employee for over three months, Cannon joined Alpha with over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing roles. His areas of expertise include: strategic planning and deployment, organizational effectiveness, total quality management, revenue and profit growth, coaching and mentoring, and new product development.

“What attracted me to Alpha was its entrepreneurial spirit and market focus,” said Cannon. “Alpha’s Digital Display Group has enormous market potential, and it is a very exciting time to be a part of its growth.”

Cannon has previous experience working as an owner/consultant for MJP Cannon Consulting, LLC, and has held such positions as: Vice President of Sales and Marketing for McGlynn’s Bakeries, Vice President of Core Products for Grist Mill Company, and various marketing positions with The Pillsbury Company and General Mills. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
