Award Recognizes Excellence in the Digital Signage Industry

Minneapolis, Minn., March 15, 2005 – Digital Display Group (DDG), a division of Alpha Video, and a leader in managing and implementing visual communication networks, is the recipient of a 2005 DIGI Award in recognition of innovation and excellence in the digital signage industry. The award was presented on March 12 at NSCA Systems Integration Expo in Orlando to DDG for its work at Ceridian Corporation, a leading information services company in the human resource, retail and transportation markets.

The 2005 DIGI Awards were given to ten outstanding resellers, dealers and integrators of digital signage. This is the first year of the annual awards, presented by ActiveLight, a national distributor of advanced displays, projectors and digital signage solutions, and sponsored by Systems Contractor News and Pioneer. Digital Display Group won the award in the “Corporate Installation Category: More than 25 Screens” for its work on Ceridian’s digital signage system that included real-time call center statistic displays and employee communication system which was integrated at various locations throughout the country.

Silverman, editor of Sound & Communications.
